Country Cooking School

Wickedfood Earth Country Cooking School is located on a sustainable working farm, following organic farming philosophies, just 70km from Fourways, close to both Johannesburg and Pretoria. Our philosophy on the farm, as well as the Country Cooking School is “responsible use of sustainable resources.” The country cooking school was designed to host more advanced cooking classes around the four seasons. The cooking school aims to showcase the full circle of food. From where it comes from, to how-to prepare, cook and eat it. The country cooking school will offer two different options: 1. Group and team building classes designed for corporates wanting to get out of the city and into the county side. 2. Groups of individuals wanting to reduce their carbon footprint by learning the tools to successfully manage their household groceries. This market garden farm has several different gardens in which to showcase the many classes given in food preparation.
